I have continuous problems to watch live stream, all the time buffering. Recorded and other channels working without problems. Internet connection is working perfectly.

In contrast to many on here, i think eurosportplayer via the app is pretty good, certainly top value for money. I watch mainly cycling & winter sports and find all the commentary to be excellent including the womens events . I love Carlton Kirby! How on earth anyone can subscribe & then not find anything to watch is beyond me!!The only reason i marked it down is the occasional lack of Chromecast symbol and now buffering problems for the last few days. It Only happens on live coverage on eurosportplayer, other apps are fine but you just know ES's response will be to deny any issue at their end & tell you to reboot every piece of kit in the house & reinstall every bit of software and hope that solves it. Eurosport team - this needs attention!

I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for Carlton Kirby. If he was the only cycling commentator then it would be just 1 star. It is a shame because all the other commentators are excellent. I find the his inane comments most annoying and this is aggravated by his laughing at his own jokes all the time. Please keep him away from the big tours and the classics and let us have commentators with a more professional approach to their work.

I have Eurosport through my UK Sky subscription and I was looking forward to the ad-free version, via the app.Sadly, there’s no commentary. Cycling isn’t cycling with out Carlton.Edit...But now, Eurosport have responded and I have ad free, full throttle, Carlton Kirby !!! Brilliant.

Fine if you can watch live, but as AO is on in the middle of the night for us in the UK, this is unlikely for most matches. Unfortunately, Completed matches are not put onto the on demand platform for ages - I don’t understand why not - there’s no excuse for this delay, and it’s very frustrating trying to avoid seeing results whilst waiting for the match to be available to watch. Amazon Prime make completed matches available almost immediately- come on Eurosport - sort this out!!Also agree with other comments on matches being available in “parts” - ridiculous!!!

Got this upgrade to my Amazon prime account specifically for the Australian Open Tennis. What complete joke, gutted still waiting for Nadal/Tsitsipas match conclusion for nearly 2 days now!! No order to the matches, slow uploads. Why upload in parts?? I mean you can almost tell without watching after part 1 whos going to win when you see the number of parts. I thought this player would have all the matches to choose from to watch in any order instantly after the match finishes in real time. No commentary either. Its pointless having the TV sound I've just been watching the matches while listening to music through my headset instead. for 21st century this is middle ages and a complete waste time.

Complete waste of time and money. No commentary, hard to use, easy to find out results before watching on delay. Don’t bother, this is a useless offering.

Too much blather in the studio and not enough tennis. Hate that revolving circle - makes me feel queasyOn match commentary, 2 commentators is sufficient.Please let the game speak for itself. Finally the distorted view from the net on replays is unhelpful.Less is more

The coverage of the Australian Open tennis is abysmal. Dividing matches into parts means you can pretty much guess the outcome. The matches are not labelled and the commentary is sporadic. It is inexcusable that a Sports channel cannot present sports competently.

Recently signed up to Eurosport player app on Fire Stick. Previously had Eurosport via BT (no longer available). Really disappointed. The picture quality on live streaming is awful ! No way is it HD, sometimes it barely looks SD ! The worst thing though is that there is a sort of constant hesitation, flickering, juddering, not sure how best to describe it, it's just not a normal smooth picture, nowhere near the quality you would expect, almost unwatchable. The FS is brand new, latest update, wifi signal is VG (50mbps). Tried every picture setting, tried rebooting the router, uninstall/reinstall app, still really poor picture. Only went FS route as only way to get ES via BT is via Amazon Prime + ES player at more than 3 times the price of ES direct ! Can only assume it's something to do with Eurosports streaming quality as other apps on FS work perfectly.UpdateHad a BT engineer out who checked the line, router, wifi etc all working fine. Contacted ES who asked me to check the website to see if it was working ok on there, it was worse ! Buffering every few seconds. They asked for all manner of info regarding device, app version, software versions etc etc & said they would pass it to their technical people & get back to me once they had investigated. That was over a week ago & no reply, the picture quality is still p!55 poor.Having now read reviews on here & elsewhere on the net it would seem that ES have had serious issues with picture quality for years & don't appear to be able & or willing to fix the problem. Is it therefore worth paying for sub standard streaming ......

Stuttering picture that flips between HD and very mediocre picture quality along with short repeats of the stream. Affects all my devices even with a tested 50Mbit internet stream. Defect continues months after reporting problem and complaining about the issue, nothing happens apart from bland emails about investigations and

Very bad picture quality..I have an UHD tv and the quality is rubbish. Euro league needs to upgrade their cameras and stream. You just can’t provide this quality.
